Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in Construction Project Management or recent experience as a project executive.
- Experience leading teams of 15-20 people.
- Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents, including specifications and drawings.
- Strong business development abilities to bring opportunities to the team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish.
- Directs and supervises project administration staff and engineers, aligning with superintendents to set priorities.
- Forecast and track project costs and ensure adherence to estimates.
- Resolve labor, material, equipment, and contract/subcontract issues.
- Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals on every project.
- Develop relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
- Maintain documentation through RFI logs and change orders.
