You will coordinate with PMs, operations, and the field to drive start-up, build, and closeout activities, ensuring quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction. The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and cost control, with responsibilities spanning schedules, documentation, submittals, and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or 1–4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with construction documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team to ensure on-time, within-budget completion with quality.
• Plan and coordinate project startups with PMs, operations, and superintendent.
• Manage scheduling, RIFs, change notices, vendor materials, and cost controls.
• Maintain drawings, submittals, reports, and project databases; prepare meeting minutes.
• Serve as liaison between office and field; resolve engineering/construction problems.
