Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various aspects of project delivery and lead construction project administration.
• Schedule, document, and track engineering activities with stakeholders.
• Review architectural plans and provide contracting strategies.
• Prepare cost estimates and negotiate prices for change orders.
• Monitor applications for payment and ensure project timelines.
• Perform site walks to verify conditions and develop reports.
