Job summary

Consertus, Inc. in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, seeks a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across phases.

This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of construction project coordination or management experience, with proficiency in MS Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in construction project coordination or management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation and compliance.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules, budgets and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely milestones.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities, including reviewing bids and tracking materials.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, safety and quality standards.
