Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games team in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee planning, design and construction management activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex venue infrastructure.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management/Engineering with 10 years of CM experience and at least 2 years in leadership; experience with design-build and large-scale venues is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Construction Management/Engineering and 10 years of relevant construction management experience with at least 2 years in leadership or equivalent.
• Experience in management of design-build contractors.
• Ability to define scopes of work, manage costs and schedule changes.
• Experience with sports venues or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes objectives and work plans; delegates to subordinate managers.
• Reviews objectives to determine operation success.
• Develops and enforces policies affecting operations.
• Analyzes complex situations requiring deep organizational knowledge.
