Job summary

Schuchart in Seattle seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead complex commercial construction projects ranging from $50 to $100 million. You will develop business opportunities, guide project direction, liaise with clients, and ensure design, budget and schedule alignment.

Responsibilities include managing staff, bidding, estimates, contracts, scheduling, cost control, site supervision, quality control and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Capable of managing projects $50 - $100 million in size.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities within the assigned division.
• Provide overall management direction to one or more projects and establish objectives.
• Serve as main liaison with client and monitor construction and financial activities.
• Bid preparation, project estimates, client proposals, contract administration, scheduling, cost control, site supervision, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• Coach, develop and oversee the work of other project managers.
• Lead project meetings and ensure documentation and statuses are tracked.
