Responsibilities

• Works autonomously, applying extensive subject matter expertise to solve complex problems and anticipates issues.
• Supports strategic planning and decision making with senior leadership.
• Manages major cross-functional projects and initiatives with constructability input.
• Partners with sourcing/contracts to ensure contracts/records comply.
• Maintains relationships with management staff to ensure services are provided promptly.
• Ensures construction estimates reflect CM & inspection resources.
• Attends bid walks and construction site meetings as necessary.
• Provides constructability reviews, cost development, and resource loading.
• Coordinates schedules and milestone dates during pre-construction/design phases.
• Leads job scope discussions and reviews IFC drawings for constructability input.
• Monitors construction activities to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
• Oversees inspection of construction work and coordinates field inspectors.
• Communicates engineering/design issues and supports cost/schedule decisions.
• Provides mentoring to all other level employees.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
