Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Sr. Project Manager/Team Lead for its Programs and Projects team supporting Humana PCO. You will lead and coach a team of project managers, coordinate workflow, and drive portfolio metrics while aligning with client and vendor partners.

Expect 25% project execution time and 30–35% travel to support field engagements. The role emphasizes strategic initiative leadership, client relations, and a strong PM foundation in architecture/engineering contexts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with understanding of PM business.
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data to client and project team.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 7 project managers and coach, develop, and performance-manage the team.
• Coordinate and oversee workflow, processes, and portfolio metrics across the client portfolio.
• Contribute to successful delivery of key strategic initiatives within the P&P team.
• Spend approximately 25% of time executing projects as needed.
• Travel 30–35% to support project execution and broader PCO team.
