Job summary

One Source Construction LLC in Southborough, MA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own projects end-to-end—from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and billing while partnering with leadership for full financial visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or public construction projects independently.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Comfortable managing projects up to $1M+.
• Massachusetts CSL (preferred).
• OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
• Driver's License required.
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Work closely with field staff and superintendents to ensure alignment between office planning and on-site execution.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore.
• Ensure billing is prepared, accurate, and submitted on time by actively coordinating with accounting and field teams.
• Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track.
