Job summary

Bisnow in Seattle, WA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential projects from pre-construction through completion. The role blends office, remote, and active construction-site work in a hybrid environment, with emphasis on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant education in Construction Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and engineering principles
• Experience developing and managing construction schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
• Experience with cloud-based construction management platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction: Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and procurement strategies
• Pre-Construction: Manage bidding processes and contractor/subcontractor selection
• Pre-Construction: Evaluate contractors based on qualifications, pricing and value
• Construction Management: Own project scope, schedule, and budget through completion
• Construction Management: Monitor performance and report to VP of Construction
• Construction Management: Build relationships with subcontractors and project partners
• Construction Management: Ensure quality standards and perform QC inspections
• Construction Management: Lead Built Green and Earth Advantage certification processes
• Innovation & Sustainability: Stay current on new construction technologies and sustainable practices
• Innovation & Sustainability: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and cost
