ColonialWebb is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships from start to finish. You will drive safety, quality, and project success while mentoring team members in a dynamic MEP environment.

The role requires hands-on management of multi-million-dollar projects with emphasis on collaboration, procurement, and accurate forecasting of revenue and profit.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial/industrial project management experience.
• Hands-on management of projects with scope over $10M.
• Ability to manage material and labor for large, year-long projects.
• Mechanical and/or plumbing trade knowledge.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and safety regulations knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand English project documents.
• Comfort using modern devices and software (laptop, tablet, smartphone, Teams).
• Ability to interact diplomatically with internal and external customers.
• Strong foresight and problem-solving skills for decision-making.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Study and develop schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of the job.
• Work with Supply Chain Manager to procure materials, equipment and subcontracts.
• Review RFIs and responses to determine scope of impact.
• Provide information to project team to promote design, fabrication and execution.
• Interpret project specifications and make decisions on equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Assist project Superintendents and supervise PMs/Project Engineers.
• Ensure regular and timely project meetings for successful completion.
• Own forecasts for revenue, cost-to-complete and gross profit.
• Redeem equipment, material and subcontractor estimates; manage labor costs.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
