Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to support our Houston Water/Wastewater/Conveyance practice. This role provides senior-level construction management, project leadership, and business development support for complex municipal water infrastructure projects across Houston and Southeast Texas.

The successful candidate will manage construction-phase delivery, including contract administration, cost and schedule management, risk, safety, commissioning, and closeout,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental/Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and conveyance projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between municipal clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, cost and schedule management, and quality control.
