Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, Owner's project management representative or in other Commercial Development and Construction related disciplines
• Experience in project management from design phase through implementation and operation
• 3+ years of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution: manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
• Design & Technical Management: lead design reviews and ensure code compliance
• Construction Oversight: supervise on-site construction and safety
• Stakeholder & Contract Management: coordinate with utilities, contractors, vendors, and design teams
• Project Documentation & Transition: ensure proper handoff and close-out
