Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of construction management experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of startup, mobilization, construction management, and project administration.
• Experience managing financial performance, coordinating resources, and supporting execution.
• Ability to supervise field personnel for efficient operations and outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to develop teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Create and monitor schedules, recovery plans, and milestones.
• Manage owner contracts, subcontractors, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Lead coordination meetings with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee staffing, resources, and operational planning for projects.
• Mentor interns, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Monitor safety, quality, production, and efficiency on projects.
• Manage risks, change orders, claims, and disputes.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and compliance.
• Maintain client relationships to support repeat business.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction to review scopes of work for bids.
