Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program.
• Proven experience in managing plumbing projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plumbing system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Perform inspections to ensure plumbing systems comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Plan and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Order and maintain inventory of plumbing materials and supplies.
• Provide guidance and supervision to apprentices and junior plumbers.
