Lithko Contracting seeks an experienced Operations Manager for Allentown, PA to oversee project teams and ensure successful delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects. You will plan, monitor, and optimize project performance, allocate resources, and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, leadership, and a proven track record managing projects over $1 million.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing Commercial/Industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Take ownership of project information and effectively communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are clearly executed.
• Maintain customer relationships by staying actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the course of the project.
