Job summary

Wolf Creek Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple high-value commercial projects from our Waterford, Ohio office. You’ll lead planning and execution, manage client relationships, and mentor rising talent while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Daily duties include coordinating with Superintendents, managing budgets and schedules, reviewing submittals, and maintaining strong relations with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience and excellent math skills are required.
• Ability to organize and plan effectively using technology.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow corporate processes and chain of command.
• Must reliably commute to the Waterford, OH office daily.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety, quality, and production per company standards.
• Manage multiple projects from kickoff to closeout with accountability for performance.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and logistics with estimating and field teams.
• Negotiate contracts and subcontracts; review terms to align with estimates.
• Monitor submittals, RFIs, changes, and risks; resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate daily with Superintendents for timely material and resource delivery.
• Review budgets, job costs, schedules, and forecasts regularly.
• Attend meetings; maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and teams.
• Conduct monthly safety and quality walks on job sites.
• Support or lead Assistant Project Managers when applicable.
