About this Role

Brink Constructors, Inc.

The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for oversight and management of subcontractors, material, and administration of construction projects with attention to safety and quality. Works closely with the Senior Project Managers and Superintendents. Manages the subcontract activities on site ensuring subcontractors and suppliers maintain a safe work environment, ensures construction activities are executed in a timely manner, and assists in controlling project costs.

Pay:

This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $160,000-$190,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

Position requires 80%-90% travel anywhere throughout the MidWest (NM, WY, OK, CO, SD, and ND)

What You'll Do

  • Review all safety meetings and JHA’s from the field to assure that appropriate topics are covered and discussed.
  • Ensure that all Safety Meetings and JHA’s are being conducted.
  • Ensure Construction Compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work with Senior Project Manager or Area Managers to manage construction, maintain site, ensure a safe work environment, and maintain quality.
  • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience within a similar role within the Electrical Transmission/Substation industry.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, construction engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven problem-solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Very effective organizational skills.
  • Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all applicable safe work practices and safety policies.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $160,000.00/Yr. - USD $190,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
