Metronet Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager in Iowa City to lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure client satisfaction. You will coordinate resources, monitor costs, and liaise with customers to keep projects on track.

The role requires extensive telecom OSP experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a proven track record managing large construction projects. Join a fast-growing fiber network leader delivering premier connectivity.

Formación

• BS/BA degree in construction management, electrical or civil engineering preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Telecom construction, project budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Ten+ years of telecom OSP design/construction experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts and project requirements.
• Create and execute work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assign duties to the project team and staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations for on-time, under-budget completion.
• Provide progress updates to customers with prepared reports.
• Interpret project specifications and oversee scope delivery.
• Communicate requirements to project staff on technology and design.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, permits, and authorizations.
• Review job cost accounting reports with home office.
