Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in Construction Management on capital programs.
Proven track record on complex, multi-phase, capital construction projects over $50 million.
CCM, PE, or RA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of construction field staff.
Coordinate review and approval of submittals and RFIs.
Resolve construction project issues and claims.
Monitor compliance with plans and specifications.
