Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in Construction Management on capital programs.
• Proven track record on complex, multi-phase, capital construction projects over $50 million.
• CCM, PE, or RA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of construction field staff.
• Coordinate review and approval of submittals and RFIs.
• Resolve construction project issues and claims.
• Monitor compliance with plans and specifications.
