Job summary

Procon seeks a Project Manager for the Duluth, MN area. This role requires 10+ years in construction management on projects spanning construction, mechanical systems, interior renovations, and fit-outs.

Excellent communication and the ability to lead multiple projects are essential. Responsibilities include on-site management, client liaison, and coordinating design, procurement, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of responsible experience in construction management on projects including construction, mechanical systems, interior renovations, upgrades or new fit-outs.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
• Experience in dynamic environments around guest or facility activity.
• Knowledge of eBuilder is preferred; occupied renovation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor on-site processes for compliance with drawings, security requirements, and code.
• Lead construction management and owner’s representative duties across multiple projects.
• Provide on-site management during mobilization, site prep, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy.
• Support in planning, procurement, design, management direction, and client satisfaction.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and align schedules with deadlines.
• Lead quality assurance and coordinate activities across the project lifecycle.
• Review construction submittals and contract documents; manage records and deliverables.
• Provide daily technical support, manage electronic documents, and liaise with stakeholders and government partners.
