Forgen is seeking a Construction Manager to lead project execution across multiple sites in Texas and Louisiana. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with project management, subs, and vendors, and drive safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires a ten-year background in heavy civil construction and proven supervisory capabilities, with strong MS Office proficiency and a focus on regulatory compliance. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of heavy civil construction and soil improvement supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience supervising superintendents, foremen, craft labor, and subcontractors.
• Experience leading safety meetings and initiatives.
• Experience with proposals and project management strategy.
• Experience interacting with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Experience with production rate planning with Business Development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel for business.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary field interface among project management, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Recruit, train, and manage construction teams.
• Promote safety and enforce company policies.
• Oversee cost administration and monthly forecasts.
• Assist PMs with project schedules and critical path logic.
• Procure materials and assist in subcontractor selection.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and quality standards.
