Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including multi-million budgets, preferred.
• Experience with public-sector projects (counties, airports, cities, ports) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Lead design and preconstruction planning, evaluating feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage budgets; negotiate contracts and procurement.
