Job Details

Location: F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience)

Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Pass federal background review and drug screening
Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects from planning to closeout
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Review contract documents for compliance
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality control and safety standards
  • Conduct inspections and audits
  • Review contractor plans and technical submittals
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Host site visits and presentations
  • Mentor team members and oversee contract negotiations
  • Monitor project progress and prepare payment estimates
  • Participate in contract modifications and meetings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with Federal Construction projects, especially USACE, preferred
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
