Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics or supply chain roles with leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating freight, shipping, and transportation
• Experience purchasing materials for construction projects is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams concurrently
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proactive, data-driven approach to optimizing costs and schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate logistics operations for construction projects from procurement through delivery.
• Purchase materials, equipment, tools, and supplies within budget.
• Coordinate shipments including FTL, LTL, oversized, and specialized moves.
• Research costs, analyze pricing, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams on requirements, schedules, and priorities.
• Develop and maintain schedules for logistics, purchasing, inventory, and shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
