Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage residential loan administration from post-closing through modification or payoff. You will monitor construction draws, review supporting documentation, and assess risk while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires at least 3 years in Loan Administration, preference for construction loan experience, and proficiency with MS Office, Unifi, and MSP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Loan Administration.
• Construction loans experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrity of residential loan administration from post-closing to modification/payoff for assigned loans.
• Monitor construction draws with review of docs, sources and uses, title, surveys, inspections, and insurance to manage construction risk.
• Handle customer requests per loan documents, bank policy and procedures.
• Conduct portfolio reviews to identify potential risks and adverse bank impacts.
• Foster relationships with customers, title companies, construction consultants and contractors.
• Provide coverage when team members are out of the office.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for integrity of overall residential loan administration (post-closing to modification/payoff) for assigned loans and customers.
• Responsible for construction draw monitoring, including critical analysis of detailed construction documentation, sources and uses, title, surveys, inspections, insurance, and related requirements for managing construction risk.
• Manages customer requests within the terms of residential real estate loan documentation, bank policy and business segment procedures.
• Responsible for ongoing portfolio review and analysis for identification of potential risks and adverse situations that may impact the bank's interest.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with customers, title companies, construction consultants and contractors.
• Provides support and coverage when other team members are out of the office.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in Loan Administration.
• Experience working with Construction loans a plus.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office software, Unifi and MSP is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor.
• Strong mathematic, analytic, and organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality.
