Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred; equivalent field experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 12 years of industrial construction experience with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role.
• EPC delivery experience preferred.
• Strong cost management, scheduling, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of CMs and CEs; provide performance feedback and support career growth.
• Set expectations for project execution standards, cost management, and client interface across the portfolio.
• Monitor cost, schedule, progress, and productivity; analyze deviations and take corrective action.
• Serve as senior representative in client meetings, executive briefings, and Owner interface.
• Participate in preconstruction activities including FEL planning, schedule development, and bid input.
