HouseSmart Construction—Installer III is a full-time role supporting the Crew Chief on daily manufacturing home site tasks, including setup, safety checks, and training newer teammates. You’ll perform hands-on construction, learn to operate heavy equipment, and contribute to quality and efficiency on every job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial construction experience.
• Enjoy working with hands and outdoors.
• Looking to learn and grow your career.
• Enjoy coaching and helping others learn a trade.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Familiar with heavy equipment and safe operation.
• Comfortable with heights and lifts up to 50 lbs.
• Quality-driven and collaborative on project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Assist Crew Chief with daily tasks on the manufactured home site.
• Prep and clean the jobsite; basic masonry; leveling; install door bars and supports.
• Perform electrical and plumbing crossovers; remove tires, axles, and tongues.
• Learn to operate specialty heavy equipment and lead operations when ready.
• Support safety checks, equipment organization, and load securement.
