Job summary

HouseSmart Construction is hiring an Installer III for full-time work on our manufactured home sites. You will assist the Crew Chief with daily tasks, prep and level sites, and gradually operate specialty heavy equipment. Training is provided for tasks you haven't done before.

You should have 2+ years of construction experience, enjoy hands-on outdoor work, and be a team player who can learn quickly and share knowledge with new hires. The role emphasizes safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial construction experience.
• Willing to work outdoors and with hands.
• Eager to learn and grow your career in construction.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Crew Chief on daily tasks and site organization.
• Prep, level, and complete various construction tasks on site.
• Assist with roofing, electrical and plumbing crossovers, and safety checks.
• Support training of new hires and safely operate heavy equipment as directed.
• Ensure loads and equipment are secured and sites meet quality standards.
