Job Description
Under general supervision, the Senior Construction Inspector performs detailed inspections of large, multi-disciplined public works and infrastructure construction and maintenance projects. They integrate plans, details, and specifications to ensure construction and contract compliance, prepare project inspection reports, and perform related duties as assigned. Senior Construction Inspectors may oversee the work of one or more Construction Inspectors.
The Senior Construction Inspector role is distinguished from the Construction Inspector role by the expectation to perform more complex, multi-disciplinary inspections requiring greater knowledge of construction methods and specifications.
Note: We only consider candidates living locally or within the State of CA. We do not pay any relocation expenses.

The compensation for this position is $70.00 to $80.00 per hour for prevailing wage projects, and $53.00 to $69.00 per hour for non-prevailing projects. Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
