Job summary

You will hold a High School Diploma and bring at least 10 years of inspection experience, with a preference for TDOT exposure and Site Manager or AASHTOWare familiarity. Certifications may be pursued within six months of hire.

Qualifications

English communication skills required (verbal and written).
Minimum of 10 years of construction inspection experience.
TDOT experience preferred.
Site Manager or AASHTOWare experience preferred.
Certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months: multiple TDOT, ACI/OSHA certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout.
Make and check engineering computations.
Inspect construction work and conduct field tests.
Assist with geotechnical field exploration activities.
Be responsible for inspection requirements related to assigned operations.
Work under supervision of the Project Administrator and assist the Senior Inspector.
