GFT is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to join our Construction Services team in the Roseville area. We oversee all construction phases to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

The role reports on-site to observe contractor work, maintain project files, and interact with clients regularly; it requires 10+ years of experience, OSHA training, and strong communication skills.

• 10+ years of experience
• Associates Degree or 2+ years of continued higher education preferred
• Inspection Team Leader (as directed)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• OSHA Safety Training
• Good communication skills
• Must possess a driver's license to fulfill the essential functions of the position
• Preferred BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Preferred Registered Professional Engineer
• NICET IV Certification Preferred
• ACI Field Testing Certification Preferred

What You Will Do:

GFT is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to join our Construction Services team in the Roseville area!

What you'll be challenged to do:

This position is responsible for reporting directly to construction sites to observe and document contractor's work conforms to contract requirements, maintaining project files/documentation, compiling and calculating quantities of work performed to be used in calculating monthly contractor payments, and interacting with clients on a regular basis.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare Daily Reports

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
