Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for leading a construction crew on projects.
• Coordinate with General Contractors and Owners to meet plans.
• Establish and monitor crew production goals and safety practices.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists and quality control.
• Mentor and train Foremen and teammates in pre-planning and productivity.
