Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a General Superintendent to provide leadership for field operations on assigned projects. The role focuses on scheduling, quality, safety, and client satisfaction, with hands-on guidance for Superintendents and field staff.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least 15 years of general contracting experience, with strong leadership and planning skills for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience.
• Applicable area licenses.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects for schedule, quality, and SOP adherence.
• Develop client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach field staff (Superintendents, Field Engineers, etc.).
• Lead safety, planning, and resource management on site.
• Oversee project budget input and baseline schedules.
• Coordinate training and site delivery, including turnover and warranty.
