Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and perform home inspections in Aurora, CO. You will coordinate with the office, maintain accurate written records, and participate in cross-training for customer care and forward planning.

You will mentor junior staff, supervise trade partners during construction, and ensure OSHA and SWPPP compliance while logging daily job site activities and preparing homes for move-in.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of homebuilding experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, equivalent work experience accepted
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
