Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate conceptual, schematic, and design-development phase estimates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, timely, and competitive estimates for various projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify cost-saving alternatives.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors.
• Analyze market trends and provide financial counsel for new projects.
