Job summary

Zero to $100M in Florida is seeking a Construction Estimator to lead end-to-end take-offs and accurate bid submissions. You will analyze plans, specs, and documents to define scope and pricing while coordinating with project managers and subs.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in large-scale construction estimating and a BS in Construction Engineering. PE is preferred but not mandatory, with strong proficiency in Procore, Onscreen Takeoff, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in large-scale construction estimating.
• PE certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specs and documents to determine requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment and subs.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and supplier quotes for competitiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors to gather information.
• Prepare and present clear cost estimates to teams and stakeholders.
• Support bid development and negotiations with accurate cost data.
• Continuously improve estimating processes and maintain current market data.
