The role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and electrical work. The successful candidate will analyze labor, material, and equipment needs, solicit quotes, and prepare clear bid proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Familiarity with government project specifications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to deadlines.
• Experience with estimating software or spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of building and electrical construction methods.
• Ability to work on-site in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements.
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare clear bid proposals for construction and electrical projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, VP of operations, and field teams.
• Maintain records, update pricing databases, and communicate risks.
