Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced estimator to join our team. You will prepare budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for commercial construction under a CM at Risk pricing model.

Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, multi-project management, and developing cost strategies while building strong relationships with clients, design teams and subs. Qualifications

• BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in construction estimator or preconstruction roles.
• Commercial construction experience.
• Proficiency with Precon software such as MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM360, etc.
