Job summary

Strata-G, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager/Engineer to oversee and assess construction projects in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of field engineering and construction oversight experience, preferably on projects valued over $10 million. Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, providing support to project managers, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role requires strong writing skills and the ability to work weekends or shift work as necessary. Full-Time/Contract; no remote options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years field engineering/construction oversight experience on large projects.
• Ability to currently possess or obtain a DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance.
• Must pass federal background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring and assessment of construction progress.
• Support project manager with status reports and issue analysis.
• Participate in teams supporting reviews of planning preparation.
