Job summary

Strata-G, LLC in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team onsite. The role covers field work, measurements, floor plans, equipment layouts, and detailed building components.

You will perform code checks, specify finishes, windows, roofing, doors and hardware, and support project planning with BOMs and labor estimates. Strong collaboration and leadership will be required on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Professional licensure in TN is preferred.
• Experience with A/E project work with emphasis on industrial design and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work, take measurements and provide floor plans and equipment layouts.
• Conduct code checks for egress and other issues; provide CAD drawings and details.
• Detail windows, finishes, roofing, doors and hardware; specify security features and building cladding.
• Coordinate with a multi-discipline team; may lead layouts and design flow; manage schedules and budgets.
