The successful candidate will produce accurate cost estimates, provide input on cost issues, and coordinate with the design team. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction is preferred along with 5+ years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 5+ years recent construction cost estimating experience for large scale commercial construction projects.
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction cost estimates according to client requirements.
• Provide input to the A/E team regarding potential issues impacting cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the design team from inception to completion.
