Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation.
• Able to pass a HSPD-12 background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform change order estimates.
• Prepare market research studies for cost estimating.
• Develop a basis of scope for bidding and estimating purposes.
• Track and compare planned vs actual time and cost results.

Cost estimating in various formats (UNIFORMAT)

Understanding cost databases (e.g., RS Means)
