A leading engineering firm in Chicago is seeking an experienced estimator to lead construction design-build and EPC estimates for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. The role requires at least 3 years of project estimating experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with InEight estimating software. An OSHA 10-hour certification is required. The compensation ranges from $110,000 to $155,000, with an extensive benefits package including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Qualifications
3 years of direct project estimating experience required.
OSHA 10-hour certification required.
Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Responsibilities
Lead construction design-build and EPC estimates and proposals.
Work with estimating and pre-construction teams for strategy development.
Present the estimate to internal and external clients.
Manage risk review process and ensure compliance with estimating methodology.
Train and mentor staff.
