Responsibilities

• Lead cost control across large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Prepare monthly spend forecasts using project schedules, change logs, and risk logs.
• Review subcontracts for accuracy and required flow-down language.
• Manage month-end close activities including billings and revenue recognition.
• Develop and analyze project financial data to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct field audits to verify progress and variances.
