Job summary

Millipore Corporation seeks a Construction Management professional to oversee capital projects from initiation to closeout at a New Hampshire site. You will direct multiple contractors, ensure schedule adherence, manage procurement, and coordinate safety and compliance with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

The role requires advanced PM expertise, experience in chemical/pharma environments, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in chemical, food or pharmaceutical capital projects execution/management.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Formal PM processes and tools knowledge; ability to initiate, manage and close complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction across multiple projects from concept to closeout.
• Ensure on-time delivery per specs, within budget, with full document control.
• Develop lift plans and coordinate site outages to minimize disruption.
• Manage procurement, vendor selection, and review bids with stakeholders.
• Oversee means and methods on-site and coordinate startup with production teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Project Management Professional Certification (PMI PMP)
