Job summary

Accountants One, Inc. based in Acworth, GA, seeks a Bookkeeper/Accountant who will report to the Accounting Manager and President. This role is essential to the management team as the company continues growing and works closely with officers and an outside CPA firm.

The candidate will handle full-cycle accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll (outsourced), cash forecasting, and project budgeting analysis, including job costing and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
• BS in accounting is a plus
• Sage and ADP Payroll experience a plus
• Construction and/or Government Contract experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Human resources and outsourced payroll.
