Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with depositions and dispositive motions.
• Experience drafting for arbitrations, mediations and trial.
• Florida Bar admission is required.
• Experience with construction disputes, including delay and breach claims.

Responsibilities

• Represent construction clients in bid protests and dispute resolution.
• Lead and coordinate discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Manage clients, local counsel, and external experts on national matters.
• Provide risk assessment and reporting to clients.
