Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects with urgency.
• Strong attention to detail with sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work full-time in-office in Warren, MI.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to sites across North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee Project Management team members.
• Be primary accountability for project cost, schedule and execution strategy.
• Prepare bid packages, solicit bids, and advise executive leadership.
• Lead contract negotiations and subcontractor buyouts.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Direct and coordinate consultants, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Adapt execution strategies in response to changing scopes, schedules, and priorities.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues requiring leadership judgement and decision-making.
