Job summary

Exponent seeks a Principal – Construction Advisory in Oakland, CA to lead and expand our construction consulting services for complex projects.

You will build client relationships, provide strategic planning, and oversee delivery across portfolio, program, and project management, risk control, and data analytics. Competitive compensation includes base salary and bonus; strong collaboration in a multidisciplinary, on-site office.

• Senior-level construction advisory with extensive program and project management experience.
• Proven ability to attract and manage client opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow construction consulting business by developing and managing new client relationships.
• Provide strategic planning to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Generate revenue and supervise quality of deliverables and teams.
• Advise clients in portfolio, program, and project management; risk and scheduling; process improvements.
• Recruit, mentor staff and promote Exponent's expertise through outreach and thought leadership.
